  • An organized, informative and interesting planning podcast.

I don’t exactly fit in the demographic that Sarah does but nevertheless, I find her podcast informative, organized, and interesting. As an exercise physiologist I especially liked her podcast on planning for health changes in the New Year. I am going to pass this on to clients and friends. Listening to Sarah’s podcast has encouraged my planning and goal setting, which has made my life better. One of the few podcasts I listen to at 1.0 (regular) speed. Looking forward to the next one!
