  • 👍

A good podcast that shows you the mechanics of the nervous system and fight or flight, teaches ways to triumph over trauma, and preaches using suffering as a way to grow and improve. A good listen for anyone who identifies themselves with general anxiety, panic disorder, dissociative disorder, or anything of the sorts.
