    I listen to 3 remodels that have recovered from health anxiety. Brad is one of them. 2023 was the year for me to get back on a plane after not being on one since covid started. I was very ill and hospitalized on Aug 2021 with covid pneumonia and was on oxygen for 4 months. I have taken all the tests possible to man and CT scans/ X-rays whatever you can think of and I still have lingering issues. This made my nervous system become very sensitized. I’ve been dealing with anxiety for 8 months already after having a HUGE panic attack, my life wasn’t the same anymore. I felt hopeless, nobody will understand that I was going through.
