I’ve listened to several episodes of the Anxiety Doctor podcast and while I’ve picked up a few helpful strategies—like asking myself what my anxiety is trying to tell me and being reminded of the importance of sleep, nutrition, and overall health—the majority of each episode feels like filler. The host tends to ramble, and I often find myself skipping through large portions just to get to the point. The delivery isn’t particularly engaging, and the voice can be a bit monotonous at times.
