I tried listening to one episode about alcohol and anxiety and could barely get through 5 minutes. I felt like the host was reading off of Wikipedia and was so focused on quitting alcohol because it was a trend. Don’t waste your time. You’re better off googling or YouTubing

I love Dr. Lisa’s podcast. She’s kind and empathetic, and totally gets it. She gets the negative self-talk and focus on physical manifestations of anxiety. But she also bring an honest, lovingly-firm, and practical voice for helping me get out of my head. Listening to her as helped me multiple times when I’m bordering on a panic attack. Thank you for helping so many people.
Most mornings I wake up dreading the day ahead and suffer with the awful symptoms. I have found that having these poscasts on while I get ready really help me calm me down before getting to work.
