    I have been listening to Gina for about 8 years now. Gina helped me tremendously get through the worst anxiety of my life. I used to listen to her on loop when I was dealing with persistent intrusive thoughts. I stopped listening for a little while and then came back. I understand that ads are a necessary evil of podcasting and entertainment.
