  • So helpful. Great free resource!

    I’ve struggled for years with C-PTSD and during that time did EMDR and just finished DBT. Immediately after DBT, some life changes have brought out more of my OCD tendencies and eating issues that other therapists weren’t much help with. This podcast has been such a great help to start addressing those issues on my own until I decide if I need to invest in yet another type of therapy.
