The content looks great. The background noises in the episode I want to listen to as a trial make it actually impossible to listen to this podcast or take in any of the information. (ACT episode). They are very distracting, startling, and confusing and make it so that you’re paying attention to the background noise and not the actual podcast. Otherwise, looks great.
I appreciate much of what Emma has to say and have benefited from learning about CBT and other techniques to take our thoughts captive. However, most of her guests make me understand why some people are leery of therapists and counseling. One of her guest speakers was a proponent of going “no contact “ with family and I was extremely disappointed for Emma to sympathize and even suggest that this is a healthy way to deal with family conflict.
