  • The missing piece!

I have been working my way through a PPPD diagnosis for almost a year now. Initially very debilitating. Slowly got better, but seemed to plateau 3 months ago. I instinctively felt there was fear stemming from the original body trauma. I found Disordered via The Steady Coach and I’ve been practicing “doing it anyway” for 3 weeks now. THANK YOU. Although I still have a bit of dizziness, I feel confident to book things to look forward to. I’m also returning to work next month. Keep up the great wor... more

  • Don’t waste your time listening to the other noise

This is seriously the best podcast/source of information for mental health that I’ve ever found. These two are very impressive experts in their fields and also come off as real people who aren’t out to make gobs of money from their audience. They’ve helped me so much and I am incredibly thankful this resource exists.

I’ve always felt as though it’s just something I have to live with, and a young cancer diagnosis in my mid-thirties just compounded this. Unfortunately last year, my tools absolutely stopped working. I listened to this podcast on a whim, main... more
