I have dealt with health anxiety and OCD for most of my life. Perimenopause has amplified my fears and compulsions. After finding your podcast and listening to several episodes, I got the perspective and psycho education I needed to practice willful tolerance. I have moved anxiety out of the front seat; it now rides in the back as I call shots about where we go. Feeling empowered!
I recently found this podcast after listening to anxietyjosh on YouTube. The guys talk so much sense and has helped me to understand what I am going through. I am definitely going to get their book and maybe even book a session with Josh. Thank you so much guys ❤️
I’ve been in counseling for years and have gained more from this podcast in the last 5 months then I have in counseling. Embarrassing but true. I REALLY appreciate all the knowledge and perspective.
This has really really really helped me! I love these guys and their expertise and sense of humour.
