    I’ve had panic attacks for almost 20 years now and pretty much resigned myself to being “broken”. Stumbled upon this podcast and within months it has truly changed my life 100%! The relief I have from finally getting some peace cannot be thanked enough. Also read all their books they are fantastic too! These guys have first hand knowledge of what it’s like to live in panic and first hand knowledge on what it takes to pull yourself out of it!
