  • Excellent

I love this podcast! It’s open, honest and educational without falling into the reassurance trap that some anxiety podcasts do.

I feel like I’m putting in a little revision session on how to manage my anxiety each week.

Keep up the good work guys!

  • Truly exceptional

This podcast is amazing. It is so helpful to me and understanding my anxiety, and giving strategies for me to be non anxious. These guys also have a great sense of humour and I love listening in.

Also your new sound bite “it doesn’t matter” made me lose it 🤣 when you were talking about health anxiety and I related to this so much.

Thank you so much for this podcast!

  • So Grateful I Discovered This Podcast

After developing panic attacks and anxiety as a result of nicotine use, I was desperately looking for ways to manage the frightening levels of anxiety I was experiencing every day. I felt as if I were literally losing my mind and that my life was over. I found this podcast and it has been the single most valuable resource I’ve been able to find for my anxiety. They’re funny, laid back, and, most importantly, they’ve endured anxiety conditions themselves, which adds to their credibility. I cannot... more

  • Come on Drew.

I’ll change it to a 5-star review when Drew turns off his notifications. I like your pod, but I’m 90 episodes in, and it’s still happening in every single one - it’s getting ridiculous now. The first three times, it was a little funny. After 90 times, it just comes off as nonchalant and not so funny anymore - especially since I usually fall asleep listening to the pod, and that notification sound triggers a stress response every time because I think it’s my own.

  • Real Help

I’ve managed my health anxiety for a few decades and have worked with some great therapists. That’s said, this is responsible information that shoots straight, honest and actionable information in a tangible and compassionate manner. No promises but it could be beneficial as you work on your anxiety. No quick fixes, just helpful direction.
