I noticed lately that the podcast has ads that suddenly appear in the midst of the conversation. I totally understand about sponsorship but could the episodes be designed in a way that there’s a transition message. In the Hidden Brain podcast, the host says something like “we’re going to take a short break for these messages” or something like that. That way, the listener is mentally prepared and the ads are not as jarring.
I’m glad this podcast has helped so many people, but there is some really dangerous, ill-informed advice about ME and long COVID in there. Please be careful!
