  • “Mhm”

I want to listen to this podcast because the content is so good but the “mhm”s every 10-15 seconds are so distracting to the point I’ve had to stop listening all together. I wish she would just let the guests speak without constantly interrupting with the “mhm”s or other feedback noises.

  • It Changed

Years ago I used to love listening to this podcast, and was delighted to see when a new episode had dropped. But it’s changed. Where it used to be serious and interesting people providing useful information, now it seems like a chat show for women. I just spent more than an hour listening to the latest episode with a huge long introduction then a long recap of the usual mind body stuff. Thing is, as she even said, clients are educated now, we know the basic neuroscience, we know the terminology.... more

  • Great content, poor delivery

I love what this podcast has to say, I just wish it were said differently. Christie is so insightful, but her upspeak drives me crazy. Every statement sounds like a question? And it shouldn’t? This podcast would benefit from some training for the host. Professional delivery is important so listeners aren’t distracted from the content.
