This app has changed my life in the last 4 months. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in September and while waiting for additional appointments with yet more tests, my doctor recommended the curable app and I found this podcast soon after. In the last year I went from being a very active professor of earth science to barely being able to walk for 15 minutes due to fatigue and pain and I could barely do my job because of the brain fog. The longer that I do the exercises the more convinced I am th... more
My doctor recommend this. If I had found it on my own I probably wouldn’t have considered it.* But after 30+ years of debilitating physical symptoms, dozens of medications, lots of needles, tens of thousands of dollars in medical expenses and hours/days spent in medical appointments and out of work I was ready for something else.
This is easy and cheap compared to everything else I tried for my health and infinitely more helpful! I am largely pain free and when I’m not this helps me get out of ... more
I recommend the older episodes. I cannot take Christie. Too much nasal, up talking, giggling, and vocal fry. The 2/16/24 episode was absolutely intolerable. She and her guest sounded like two high schoolers. I had to turn it off after 10 minutes. Same with 3/15 episode. 6 minutes in and I was done. She's a Millennial misophonic nightmare.
This is changing my life

The doctor seems more grounded but his story baffles: all this debilitating pain and when he decides it’s centered in his brain he takes his bike out and bicycles through the pain reminding himself its origin is in the brain and by the end of his cycling trip he’s much better and within a month cured. As for t... more
