I found Dennis via a random Facebook reel and instantly resonated with his calm demeanor and empathic tone. After a few podcasts, I went even deeper and started the 12-week health anxiety program. Yesterday was my last day in the program, and I have to say that I feel like I have an angel on my shoulder. No matter how hard my inner protector tries to hijack my day, I believe that I have the tools to put it in its place and go on with my life. Thank you Dennis!
I’ve never felt so seen in my life. It feels like Dennis has just crawled inside my mind and reminded me that it will be okay. This is the only podcast that truly offers relief. Thank you reminding me of my own human experience.
