    Hi Stephen and Zak. Long time listener since the sober Irish dude days, this podcast is one of my highlights to go out on a big walk and listen to both of you. I love the talks and despite leading a very different life myself I always find something in each episode that resonates with me or that I can take away and experiment in my own life.
