As a RD that focuses on Functional Nutrition I appreciate Diana’s dedication to sharing research to support animal protein’s place in a healthy diet. Thank-you for creating this podcast.
I just listened to the interview of Dr. Michelle Jorgensen and I was blown away! I was aware of Weston Price but to have it tied together to modern dental health was great. I’ve enjoyed all the podcasts from Sustainable Dish that I’ve begun listening to. I just started following a few weeks ago but now I will dive into the archives to find more fascinating topics and interviews. Thank you for making this podcast!
This podcast has taught me SO much about the truths of sustainable farming. Everything I learn I share with friends and family- truly eye opening! Thank you!
There are a lot of untruths floating around out in the food world. I learned the hard, painful way that vegan and vegetarian is unnatural, unhealthy and not made for humans. I tried both ways of eating and suffered for it. Yet when I gave keto and carnivore a try, my body healed completely. Common sense tells you to listen to your body’s feedback - simple and clear. So I’m grateful for this podcast that goes against the mainstream narrative to give people good information. Thank You. Thank You. ... more
This show is so affirming and so good. I have listened to sacred cow audiobook and have the movie as well. Diana does a great job advocating FOR beef. Animal foods (especially beef) have healed 4 health problems for me. I will never stop eating beef. I really enjoyed the episode with Nicolette Hahn Niman. It was so good. Will definitely also buy her book.
