  • As someone who struggles with this topic, I NEEDED THIS.

    When I say I struggle to talk about food, weight loss, workouts…. I mean it. But the way Coryn and Crysanne frame all this up is without shame and fully focused on what does work. That’s the type of trainer I actually need. Motivation through what will help you stay consistent. This is a breath of fresh air in the fitness scape. And much needed.
