  • Once informative now broken trust

I started listening to this podcast as I just went on a GLP-1. I was focused on the nutrition episodes first and was enjoying it and learning … and then I just got to “Dietary Fats on a GLP-1” with Renee Korczak. Then at the end she mentioned a wellness hub sponsored by the brand and i realized: “Oooh she must have a sponsorship.” Now look... more

  • Old school advice!

We are so past green leafy vegetables (especially spinach), whole grains and folic acid which is toxic to the body (should be folate). Sounds like a podcast from the 90’s. Not much mention of animal protein either.
