Although there is valuable information on a number of the shows, the pretense that you can get off the meds by changing your habits is misleading. Many people on GLP1’s are metabolically dysfunctional. Diet and exercise does not work for them. Implying that you should try these methods and you can get off the drugs is misleading and places blame.
Listening to the same ad over and over makes this almost unbearable. Otherwise good podcast.
Some good info, but an RD that still preaches lifestyle and diet change. I get really sick of this as a person who was put on his first diet in the third grade. Obviously, this woman has never been on the elevator that is obesity. Losing and gaining weight only to be told you have to fix your lifestyle is such a dismissive way to look at obesity.
