  • Informative

I really enjoy Dr. Moyers’ episodes because they are informative about a variety of topics facing midlife women. She is so knowledgeable and breaks things down so simply for the average person. I appreciate that her episodes are relatively brief (other podcasters would use up double the time to say the same things) but packed full of information. Keep up the great work!

  • Just the facts

This is my favorite perimenopause podcast because Dr Moyers keeps things factual, conversational, and fun. No sensationalism or information overload that leaves you feeling doom and gloom. I am a physician and I think she perfectly balances providing detailed medical info that is also easily understandable to a non-medical person. I love the variety and expertise of her guests as well. I have recommended this podcast (as well as Dr Moyers herself!) to my friends and co-workers
