  • So so blessed to have found this podcast!!!

    I started from beginning to end and still listening! My goodness the knowledge that Sr. Casperson has! I ran to my physician. I have been on estrogen and progesterone for 2 years. Now I am on compounded HET with Testosterone! I tweaking with my dosage. I look forward to the benefits!

  • Too much self promotion

    I was intrigued by Kelly’s message at first, but it became quite repetitive, sprinkled with unsound advice, often times far too much time spent selling herself, her books, and various products, and she talks like she’s on stimulants and/or too much testosterone. Glad that others like her, but she’s not for me…
