  • My next chapter

Thank you for your show about moving on when you’re bored with a job even if you’re in your 50s. I wish I had listened to this before I abruptly quit my job! But I still feel good about my decision and hearing about your journey gives me even more confidence. The lovely man who hired me died 2 days after I gave my notice of a massive heart attack. That really confirmed to me that life is too short to stay in a stressful job that no longer interests me just for money. I’ve got to trust myself t... more

  • Love the show

I love the show, the guests and advice but I think that there needs to be some advice for those that are on tight budgets that can’t afford all the high quality supplements/and procedures recommend. I wish there was also more advice for those who have limited physical abilities due to surgeries to help them, keep their body, strong and healthy

The Most Important Career Advice ALL Women Need To Hear with Emma Grede
Q: What should a woman starting her next chapter hear first from you?
Start with yourself—understand what you want and need, examine whether fears or people-pleasing are useful, and then back yourself to pursue your goals with audacity and clarity.
The Hair Loss Episode: THIS Is What a Top Dermatologist Wants You to Know
Q: What should someone do if they are considering GLP-1 therapy and hair loss?
GLP-1s can influence hair through inflammation and nutrition status. It's important to monitor protein intake and overall nutrition, use at-home strategies to support the scalp, and consult with a dermatologist if hair loss emerges, because some people experience hair thinning as a side effect while others may benefit if managed properly.
The Hair Loss Episode: THIS Is What a Top Dermatologist Wants You to Know
Q: Would you recommend hair loss supplements or minoxidil first?
I tailor recommendations to the person's bother level and overall health. If someone is moderately bothered, starting with a supplement that supports hair health is reasonable, but topical minoxidil is a tried-and-true option for many and is readily available without a prescription; the best plan often includes both, plus lifestyle measures.
The Hair Loss Episode: THIS Is What a Top Dermatologist Wants You to Know
Q: Is it common for hair to suddenly change texture?
Yes, hair texture often changes with age; hair can become frizzy, wavy, or wiry as it ages, and this is a normal part of aging rather than a single problem. Hormonal changes and environmental factors can also influence texture, but the underlying processes are gradual.
Ready to Start Dating Again? This Is the Advice I Wish I Had
Q: Michelle from Texas asks how to know when she's actually healed versus just numb after a breakup.
Tamsen explains that moving through life and continuing to question your feelings is a strong sign of progress, and that there isn't a fixed endpoint to healing; it's normal to have moments of sadness even after feeling okay for a while.
