  • Always listening

I just adore you Tamsen. As a former syndicated radio show host who used to work in NYC and now resides in the suburbs of Dallas raising two kids with my husband. I find your podcasts extremely relatable and I always look forward to when you drop a new episode. Keep it up.

  • So informative!!

Love the straight talk, and Tamsen asks all of the probing questions to get to the root of the issues. Also like that it’s not a lot of fluff, she’s efficient with our time. And, she’s addressing exact topics that I and/or my friends are facing. Thank you!!

  • Love this podcast!

Tamsen has brought us excellent information that women need. We aren’t getting help for menopause and we need it. The standard treatment does not cut it anymore. We need our meds to be covered by insurance so that we can afford to live comfortably. $200-$400 a month is not affordable. Having HSA coverage means we are still paying for it. We need help!

  • Just listened to 5 lessons from divorce. I'm a man, so I hope it's OK to post here! I'm partway through a divorce after 30 years together. I recognise feeling lonely in a marriage that Tamsen describes and appreciated her experience. I know I'm one of many, but it does feel like I'm the only one. Also, losing part of me that I thought was the future and not knowing who I am now really resonated. The grief is real, but the reframing she discussed is helpful. Please keep up the good work Tamsen!!

  • Loved it❤️

I listened to the 5 Hard Truths I Learned from My Divorce and absolutely enjoyed each lesson. It was so insightful and carefully worded, truly relatable. It’s been over five years since my divorce and I wish I’d had this to listen to then. I shared it with anyone I though would find it healing.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

#1 Dietitian: Do THIS and You Will Never Feel Guilty About Eating Again
Q: What do you recommend for someone who is perimenopausal or going through menopause and feels stressed about food?
Keep it simple and focus on adding the Hunger Crushing components—fiber, protein, and healthy fats—so you don't fall into restrictive patterns. Pay attention to hunger cues, and aim for enough protein to protect metabolic muscle, while keeping overall balance rather than chasing quick fixes.
From Sports Illustrated to Sephora: How Molly Sims Reinvented Herself in Midlife
Q: Did you ever have fear? Did you do it through fear?
Yes, there was fear, including a moment of being yelled at by an acting coach, but those tough experiences pushed her to prove herself and keep going, eventually landing major acting roles and launching brands.
The Hair Loss Doctor: What Works (And What’s a Waste)
Q: What advice do you have for somebody that is doing extensions, or doing weaves, or wearing wigs, and touching, and tugging, and pulling on hair all the time?
You need to give yourself breaks and ensure you're checking in with your hairstylist and dermatologist to avoid damage.
The Hair Loss Doctor: What Works (And What’s a Waste)
Q: What should you look like? What's too much and what's not?
If you're losing more than 100 hairs a day, that's a cause for concern and you should consult with a dermatologist.
The Hair Loss Doctor: What Works (And What’s a Waste)
Q: Where do you actually start in terms of treating them?
First, I do a clinical exam to assess the scalp's health and hair density, and determine what kind of hair loss is occurring.
