I just adore you Tamsen. As a former syndicated radio show host who used to work in NYC and now resides in the suburbs of Dallas raising two kids with my husband. I find your podcasts extremely relatable and I always look forward to when you drop a new episode. Keep it up.
Love the straight talk, and Tamsen asks all of the probing questions to get to the root of the issues. Also like that it’s not a lot of fluff, she’s efficient with our time. And, she’s addressing exact topics that I and/or my friends are facing. Thank you!!
Tamsen has brought us excellent information that women need. We aren’t getting help for menopause and we need it. The standard treatment does not cut it anymore. We need our meds to be covered by insurance so that we can afford to live comfortably. $200-$400 a month is not affordable. Having HSA coverage means we are still paying for it. We need help!
Just listened to 5 lessons from divorce. I'm a man, so I hope it's OK to post here! I'm partway through a divorce after 30 years together. I recognise feeling lonely in a marriage that Tamsen describes and appreciated her experience. I know I'm one of many, but it does feel like I'm the only one. Also, losing part of me that I thought was the future and not knowing who I am now really resonated. The grief is real, but the reframing she discussed is helpful. Please keep up the good work Tamsen!!
I listened to the 5 Hard Truths I Learned from My Divorce and absolutely enjoyed each lesson. It was so insightful and carefully worded, truly relatable. It’s been over five years since my divorce and I wish I’d had this to listen to then. I shared it with anyone I though would find it healing.
