I loved this episode with Marie Forleo! I’d read her book, done B school years ago- but still found so many truth bombs in your conversation. The two of you are quite the vibe!
My biggest take aways:
1. Trust your body ( or inner-knowing)
2. Stress journal exercise
3. Focus on what makes you feel good & brings you joy!
4. Stay open & curious and then take action on whatever is sparking your interest.
Thank you for a great conversation! 💜💙

This show is incredible. Tamsen is an amazing advocate for this most important area of peri-menopause and menopause. Highly recommended.
Tamsen has a way of knowing what middle aged women are struggling with and want more information about. She has legit guests on her podcasts and the info is discussed in a relatable informative manner. Thanks Tamsen, I can’t wait to listen to all your future podcasts!!
I love listening to this podcast when I’m in the car (alone) I take some time for myself, learn about what is happening to my body and mind and I always feel better afterwards (and a little smarter)🤩
