So informative and refreshingly real—this podcast covers the conversations no one else is having, and it’s so needed! It has helped me immensely!
Tamsen is an excellent interviewer and has a knack for getting to the details we want to hear. I love the topics you’re curating, and find them very relevant to me and my cohort.

I love the show, the guests and advice but I think that there needs to be some advice for those that are on tight budgets that can’t afford all the high quality supplements/and procedures recommend. I wish there was also more advice for those who have limited physical abilities due to surgeries to help them, keep their body, strong and healthy
I feel so blessed to have found your show! Love the book and all the great info, already recommended it to my three daughters! They are fans too and we all follow you on IG! Thank you!
