    I’ve known about Anna since the ww days on connect. I lost 25 lbs with Ww but have since gained the weight all back. I wouldn’t say “the program doesn’t work” as I’ve heard others say. My problem was tracking—I got tired of tracking

    Now here I am back again and listening on my walks for motivation. I’m 56 and a stress eater with poor body image. I now follow Anna and Abby on instagram

  • Exploring emotional eating

    This podcast was great! Although it doesn’t happen a lot in my life nowadays, (because I have less stress than I did a few years ago) I know my emotional eating happens when I’m stressed or annoyed/angry and my first impulse is to grab something “snacky” and just start shoving it in my face without even tasting it or enjoying it and the dialogue in my head is usually, “I don’t care” and I literally visualize myself eating the entire thing in an angry huff.     So grateful Anna started a podcast and love the addition of Coach Abby on it. Such good information from these down to earth women. I have learned so much from them and no longer use the term diet. Strength training and focusing on my protein and calories has become a lifestyle.

  • Truly cares about your health

    The difference between RTF podcast and some others I’ve listened to is that you really feel that Anna and Abby are doing this from the heart. They want to help other women sort through the nonsense of “dieting” to achieve long lasting internal change. Anna and Abby have already slogged through the nonsense in their own journeys. They are truly concerned about our health . They also keep this on a real life level. Based in science but given to us in a way that’s easy to apply. So refreshing!❤️
