So grateful for the new knowledge I gain every week. I love there are a bunch of repeats
They give great tips, guidance and advice! The title is so appropriate as we are all living active lives but want to fit running in too and do it well. Thanks Kevin & Angie for this awesome podcast!
I wasn’t sure if I’d connect with this podcast when I saw some of the description about it being helpful for women over 40. As a male under 40 I can say I’m loving the podcast and absolutely connecting with what they’re saying!
Every week there’s always something in the podcast that makes me think that’s a great idea to implement into my runs or training or life. If you follow the advice I think it’s impossible not to become a better runner. I just wish I could leave separate reviews for every episode. Edit sept 2025 Happy 8th birthday to the podcast.
I just got back into running after a very long hiatus and having 3 kids. I signed up for a half marathon and got real nervous when I could hardly finish a mile. This podcast has given me a ton of encouragement and helpful tools and knowledge that have helped me stay consistent, get on a training program, and believe I can do this. Love it!
