Every week there’s always something in the podcast that makes me think that’s a great idea to implement into my runs or training or life. If you follow the advice I think it’s impossible not to become a better runner. I just wish I could leave separate reviews for every episode. Edit sept 2025 Happy 8th birthday to the podcast.

This podcast has given me a ton of encouragement and helpful tools and knowledge that have helped me stay consistent, get on a training program, and believe I can do this. Love it!
