Good day,
Coming from 12 years of sport at school, doing work for the next 12 years and now pushing my peak for the last few years on the Wattbike is such an enjoyment.
I have to say this podcasts are amazing and perfectly presented and enjoy each and every episode.

Well worth the listen and highly recommend to any level athletes or person wanting to try our any sport.
Thanks
Best regards
MJ
Great podcast. I really enjoy the variety of guests. Most are not household names but legends in their sport and so interesting to hear how motivation and drive transfer between different sports. My favourite part is the music question.
Thank you Louise.
Really motivates you to push yourself harder and to not give up
Really enjoyed this podcast. You void ‘hear’ her smile & positivity. A great listen on a sunny day. Louise is a fantastic host 👏🏻
I am doing a cycling challenge this summer. Only 4 days but will still be challenging for me. There were several things said in the podcast which I will hold with me for when the going gets tough!
