  • So insightful and well made

I love Erin’s show. She asks great questions and has really knowledgeable people on her show when needed. I feel like my brain has exploded since I found her podcast and hope more people will discover her.

She, and her guests, give great advice that have actually really helped me at least. For example, cutting out coffee for a while helped me ease some symptoms I had but nobody had ever mentioned that to me before.

Keep it up dear Erin and thank you for your hard work!
