Just started listening in the last year and love it. Topics are diverse and I love that some episodes are intense and some are light hearted. It stretches your brain without stressing you out.
“Oh hey, it’s your friend Alie Ward” and whatever they say after always has me in tears — and this latest colorectal episode (wtf) started with kicks friend whacking you with a pool noodle?! Had me, again, in tears.

Lately I have been replacing unhealthy scrolling with listening to podcasts while walking on my treadmill. This podcast is amazing, Alie makes me feel like I’m having coffee with a fellow ologist, and her questions keep me interested and engaged. It’s perfect for my ADHD too. Bonus points, I get to collect random facts about random things to tell my friends!
Thank you!

I tell them but sometimes mysterious facts are the best facts. Amazing informative show, wide variety of topics. I think the thing that keeps me hooked even if it’s not something I was previously interested in is your genuine joy and curiosity with each Ologist. It’s so lovely in a world of hard things is listening to someone who is curiously asking ... more
