    Dr. Kara Fitzgerald is not only hugely entertaining and knowledgable, but she also understands how to draw out the best in her guests. And her guests are fantastic: an array of practitioners, scientists, industry leaders that present new ideas or data that I can apply to my own lifestyle or medical care.
