I have started listening to Dr. Fitzgerald podcast 4 years ago and have learned many valuable things! As scientist, definitely appreciate the deep insights and explanations about functional medicine and how to improve our lifestyle to hopefully achieve healthspan=lifespan.
Dr. Kara Fitzgerald is not only hugely entertaining and knowledgable, but she also understands how to draw out the best in her guests. And her guests are fantastic: an array of practitioners, scientists, industry leaders that present new ideas or data that I can apply to my own lifestyle or medical care.
I encourage anyone who wants to improve their mental, physical and emotional health to listen in.
