I think this podcast is incredible. It’s inspiring and informative. It’s a great listen and each guest/doctor maintains the values of holistic functional medicine. It’s a great listen for families, students and medical providers. We can all leave something for these conversations.
This podcast was amazing! I really felt encouraged as someone who has struggled with indigestion for years and years. Some grate practical advice and I also learned a lot. So thankful for this platform! I have not heard an episode that has been a disappointment. They’ve all been great.

I have listened to a number of these podcasts over the last year, and they are top-notch! I have learned so very much from them. I don’t have a scientific background but I feel like they explain things in a way that I can understand. It’s very applicable. You don’t need to have a science major to listen to the years but if you do have a science major, you’ll really enjoy them. I just listened to the one on tick borne diseases as well as the one on supplements and they both were awesome.
I learn so much with each episode. I listen over and over again, take notes and then take action to improve my health. I share information with my family. I see results in my health and my motivation to make changes. Thank you! People of ALL ages can learn from this podcast.
