  • Best Podcast for Tactical Performance

Currently in an H2F role as an Active Duty Army Officer. I’m an avid consumer of human performance podcasts so I can be better for my team and the Soldiers we serve. This is by far the best all around source of information for professionals in the tactical performance space. Can’t say enough good things. Kudos to you guys and please keep them coming! #legtucknation

  • Exceptional show

This podcast delivers what fitness-interested, military minded, human performance curious people need - present performance in a rational light with a military/tactical focus with a 360 degree view. I listen to three dozen or more podcasts on a variety of subjects, at least a third are in the human performance space. This is easily at the top. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone interested in the overlap area of human performance, health and tactical fitness.
