  • New Great Find

As a podcast junkie I’ve recently found myself bored with my go to’s (seems like everyone is interviewing the same guests having the same conversations over and over). Finding this podcast after finding Micheala on Instagram has been extremely refreshing (especially as a new mom excited to get back into fitness). Thanks for the info & inspiration!

  • The best and most relatable content!

This podcast is a beautiful extension of the work coach Micheala and coach Vikki do with their members/clients. There is so much at our fingertips with social media that health and wellness can feel very overwhelming. There is an insane amount of information out there, but coach Micheala and coach Vikki are incredible at simplifying processes, breaking things down and helping to tune out the noise. They give the perfect amount of “tough love” and motivation, plus I have not found ANYTHING to be ... more

  • Love it!

I follow Coach Micheala on IG, follow her MBody Fitness app and have done a few rounds of Macros & Mindset and still can’t get enough of hearing her and Coach Vikki talk. The topics are relatable and reasonable, no quick fix gimmicks, just information on how to live your fittest life whatever that means to you.

  • Thanks for the podcast!

I’ve been following Micheala on IG for quite awhile and am sooooo happy to see her in the podcast world. I love listening to podcasts at the gym, so this has been amazing. She is relatable, motivating and very knowledgeable. She acknowledges that the bad days happen and has been the voice that’s allowed me to have grace and kindness to myself many times.

    Can’t wait for more episodes!

Coach Michaela and Coach Vikki are mindset gurus who help you unlock what may be missing on your body composition or fat loss journey. Many of us have been on and off this journey for so long to no avail. Thanks to these Coaches, I have found mindset to be THE missing link and one that is very conquerable. 083: Q&A! Our Fitness “Icks,” Increasing Your Maintenance Calories, Postpartum Workout Tweaks & More!
Q: What is the biggest difference with working towards health and fitness goals now versus before you had a baby?
The biggest shift is balancing new responsibilities with ongoing goals, maintaining personal progress while adapting to motherhood, and prioritizing more focused, performance-oriented goals postpartum rather than just body composition. It also involves recognizing that the day-to-day life with a baby requires more efficient, time-aware training and letting go of the idea that progress must come at the same pace as pre-pregnancy.
080: Q&A! Navigating Challenging Seasons, Saving Money on Groceries, Leaving the House with Baby, & More!
Q: How to stay consistent with workouts during pregnancy, especially mornings?
Morning workouts may not work during pregnancy; redefine productive days by checking off key tasks and potentially shifting workout times to when energy is higher, while staying active.
080: Q&A! Navigating Challenging Seasons, Saving Money on Groceries, Leaving the House with Baby, & More!
Q: What really helps postpartum women lose fat while balancing motherhood and nutrition?
Prioritize building muscle, maintain a caloric deficit when appropriate, and be patient with fat loss; long-term consistency matters more than short bursts, and avoid spot-reducing fat.
073: March Q&A! Stopping Mid-Binge, Deficit Timelines, Our Fav Running Clothes, & More!
Q: New runner clothing and item recommendations?
Prioritize comfortable shorts with secure pockets and supportive sports bras; brand preferences vary, but quality, fit, and durability matter more than price. Consider flat-soled shoes for stability during strength training and overall comfort for running.
073: March Q&A! Stopping Mid-Binge, Deficit Timelines, Our Fav Running Clothes, & More!
Q: How to schedule long run days into a workout split?
Put long runs on a day with lighter or no other workouts, usually Sundays, while considering personal schedule and childcare. Avoid backing long runs immediately after very hard sessions to reduce DOMS and maximize performance.
