  • Favorite Podcast of All

    I listen to a lot of podcasts on health and well-being. This is by far my favorite! Amber has taught me so much that has enriched my life! I’ve learned how to maintain my weight, count macros, be intentional with exercise and muscle growth and improve my overall well-being, all while balancing all the demands of life as a mom, wife and working full-time. She truly teaches women how to fish! So empowering!

  • She destroyed my metabolism

    I worked with her a few years ago on a cut. She prescribes cookie cutter programs with calories so low, it damaged my metabolic health for years. I would ask her for advice during her program and she was honestly gruff, and would recommend further cuts if I wasn’t losing “enough”. I had hair falling out in clumps from how little I was eating.
