    I started listening to Andrea about a year ago and have gone back and listened through many of her 200+ episodes! I send the episodes to friends all the time. I took what I was learning and applied things slowly and now I am currently doing the nutrition coaching through DFH and her DR guide. I’m so thankful for how clear she makes everything, & the impact she’s had on my life!
