Andrea makes things super easy to understand and breaks something that may seem unattainable into small incremental steps. She focuses on not just your physical health, but your overall well being as a human. I find her to be extremely relatable in the season of life we are both in and appreciate how she incorporates that into her podcasts. Not everyone can dedicate 5-6 days a week to working out for 60-90 minutes. She gives you a way to have wins all day every day. I’m thankful I found her inst... more
Andrea is someone I would love to meet and hug in person one day! She is so knowledgeable and is so passionate about what she does! She truly is an inspiration to me and admiration of mine! I aspire to be half the Godly woman, wife and mom she is one day while continuing to strive to be in a healthy place not just physically but mentally, emotionally and spiritually too!
Great information is always presented and I’m always learning something!
All of the things I have done and listened to from Andrea have been amazing. Love how she helps make fitness work in our busy lives and they can be done in my home!!!
