    Absolutely love this podcast! I love how Chris keeps things so simple and and not make it too complex where you feel overwhelmed and that there’s no way I can accomplish my goals. He presents everything in a very simplistic, realistic approach that leaves you thinking “I’ve got this.”

    I started listening to the podcast and slowly started engaging with Chris’s website content. Today, my wife, our four kids (11 to 16) and I joined a gym.   • Love this podcast!!

    I’ve gotten a lot of great ideas and have utilized them with great success!! Started focusing on my sleep more and currently doing a “blast” of calorie deficit by doing a 2-week 16/8 intermittent fasting.

    Love Chris and his terminology and dialogue! Great stuff!!
