Shawn is one of the first podcasts I subscribed to many years ago. As a health enthusiast and streak runner (runeveryday.org) for 27 years, I need all the help I can get to continue to run every day and lead a healthy life. I listen to Shawn and can’t help but share his podcasts. He does the research I don’t want to do… I love his delivery and his humor. His backstory lends to his ability to reach a wide audience. He’s relatable and fun to listen to. Thank you, Shawn!
