Great podcasts. I’ve only run two marathons but these are great reminders. Appreciate that you tell it as it is, especially in Episode 7.

I have the book and will follow the beginner’s plan later in the year for Berlin. Some of my running club mates have had major improvements since last year and have convinced a few of us!
