Great quick podcast that was super informative and can be applied to my daily activities.
This podcast was so impressive that I enrolled as a client in the program advertised. Before signing up, I was told that I would completely recover from my low back pain. Later, after I followed the instructions to a tee every day, my coach admitted that my recovery might only be partial. (?!)
