  • Mind Over Matter

A psychological / spiritual approach to weight loss. Nick speaks well and is easy to listen to. His inside-out stance on weight loss is useful, practical, and sustainable; something you really don’t hear anywhere else.

  • Calming

I just found Nick through Instagram and have binged listened to this podcast. In a world with so much noise, whether about weight loss or current events, Nick’s common sense approach calms me down and clears my mind. I’ve been researching GLP-1s and other weight loss aids even though I know how to lose weight. This podcast has reminded me that I can do this; lose weight with the right mindset.

  • Something Different

As someone that has lost 40-45 pounds over and over again since I was 21 and am now 34, this podcast is everything. I’ve followed many weight loss coaches but I’ve never heard something like this. I can relate to it all so much. Thank you for putting out such powerful content! ♥️

  • Coaching

I started listening to the Drop It Podcast in March of 2025. I had never heard anything like Nick. So real! Real advice for real situations. Finally a former FAT person helping a fellow fat person. I signed up for the Common Sense Program and am now a client of Nick’s. I am so happy I made the decision for 1:1 coaching. It has made such a huge difference in my life. Contact Nick and change your life!

  • Mom ❤️

Nick, I love that you’re helping your mom with her weight loss journey, she’s a very lucky lady.

I’ve lost 20 lbs and now I’m stuck and getting really discouraged and bored. I’m trying also to help my son have a healthier life with food so he can be here for a long time with his family.

Thank you for this podcast, I really enjoy listening to you
