  • Good basic informative show overdone repetition

    Really learned a lot from this podcast about the basics of diabetes and fiber, protein, etc. very informative and authoritative.

    The one major weakness, which is become turn off, is the constant repetition of points and concepts, and the common repetition of multiple words.

    Indicative of not working from a tighter outline or talking points but instead ad libbing

    This podcast could easily be reduced to half, which would reinforce the adage – less is more
