    Just listened to the episode on boosting your confidence on social media and thoroughly enjoyed it. The girls dish out loads of helpful tips and insights on how to supercharge your confidence not just on social media but in general life too. As a new mum of 2 who is looking to get back into work in the not to distant future I found this episode incredibly inspiring and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to give perfectionism the flick and improving their own self confidence.

    Great podcast channel really informative, I definitely have found it super helpful but really got hurt listening to an episode that dropped afew transphobic slurs… as a person within that community it was really hurtful and I lost alittle confidence in these two. As someone LGBTQIA+ identifying it’s pretty difficult finding your way around the fitness world as it’s so rooted in the binary… its hard for marginalised people to find there place when they are always told they don’t belong….
