Thank you Steph for giving us a great listen and real tools for creating calm and organisation in our lives🩷
I have been looking for a podcast like Stephing up for so long. It includes so many different aspects of life. As a mum it is so relatable and has helped me unlock new tools to literally go from chaos to clarity. I have adapted so many things into my daily routine that I have learnt from Steph and it really genuinely has helped me change my life.
From the monthly resets to using a planner and command centre for the family to just being kind to myself.
5 star recommendation from me!
Listening to this podcast is like chatting to a sister. I am an only child who is about to turn 30 who of course was a girlie who grew up with undiagnosed ADHD and dyslexia. I just can’t anymore with Steph. She talks about how her podcasts are going to change your life…news flash they won’t! The only topics she seems to talk about are 1. How busy she is and 2. Her mental health challenges.
She seems to have every mental health condition under the sun. Was it in some influencer handbook that to apparently be relatable you need to constantly talk about your mental health??
Also how busy can she be running a yearly planner business?? I just don’t get it or buy it.

Hi Steph! I’ve just come across your podcast & find you so genuine/relatable.
Especially with your adhd episode, from you being great at English, the creative writing, to you not sleeping, doing makeup school, anxiety, drinking to quiet the noise etc! I felt like I was telling my story.
I’ve also found your weightloss/lifestyle change episode so motivating!
