I was so keen to listen to this podcast because it’s Australian. But, I was surprised at how much labouring of the point there was. The content seems sounds but take a breath, slow down. Leave a small gap for the listener to digest and for your co-worker to respond. The pacing is too fast. I will try another episode and see if it’s the same.
Disappointed to hear you once again dissing yumi’s eggplant dip! Particularly frustrating because it sounds like you’ve never even tried it, just written it off because you’re apparently not fans of eggplant! It’s a vegetable for goodness sake, surely it’s your job as dietitians to promote it not turn others away from a potentially very healthy and tasty option, simply based on your own personal preferences.

Loving this as a health professional as to debunk misinformation and to reinforce evidenced based diets
Just love this podcast - very informative and very sensible! I look forward to it every week- I just wish it went longer!

Two dietitians deliver practical, evidence-based nutrition guidance with a focus on real-world eating, meal planning, and healthy lifestyle habits. Episodes regularly cover topics like gut health, reducing ultra-processed foods, weight management, and the mental-health links of diet, often pairing product reviews with actionable tips for busy listeners. A standout element is the duo's willingness to challenge fads (e.g., peptides, extreme fasting) and translate complex research into approachable recommendations, making it helpful for both everyday listeners and professionals seeking credible nutrition insights.
Noteworthy angles include a strong Australian lens on diet and retail (brand reviews, grocery tips), a candid approach to fad tren... more
