  • Off putting

Interested in the content but can’t keep listening due to Leanne’s delivery - it sounds like she’s calling a horse race, she speaks so quickly and without taking a breath.

  • Love this podcast

I’m probably in a minority being a guy who listens to this but i find it to be such a fun, helpful resource. Only discovered it about two months ago from hearing promos for it playing on commercial radio and i’ve already been able to implement a heap of changes to my diet from listening to Susie and Leanne. And the female-focused segments i still listen and pay attention to because i may learn something that i can share with the women in my life. Can’t believe it took me so long to discover it b... more

  • Not useful for me

It seems that the information supplied is lacking actual evidence based research. Sounds like an advertising agency more than useful nutritional information. Definitely not worth listening to.

  • Judgmental

I usually enjoy your pod cast but the comment made about doctors who don’t wear make up not knowing about evidence or being against collagen supplements was insulting . I think you need to mindful that a lot of woman don’t wear makeup and that is not a reflection on their values or understanding of studies, but may be because they are busy working woman or even they use collagen so don’t feel need to wear makeup !

How Much Protein Is Too Much? The 80-Gram Burger That Prompted the Question, Plus New Research on the Best Diet for Menopause
Q: Specifically, this question was around collagen. How do I take it every day to make it easier?
The hosts discuss building a simple daily habit, such as adding collagen to coffee, yogurt, or smoothies; consistency for about 8-12 weeks is where benefits tend to emerge, and many people also include creatine in a daily stack for cumulative effects.
Why GLP-1 Medications Like Mounjaro Stop Working, and the Coles and Woolworths Products Two Dietitians Buy Every Week
Q: Listener question on continual glucose monitors.
They explain that CGMs are not generally necessary for healthy adults; they can be helpful for certain medical conditions or elite athletes, but for the average person they often create unnecessary focus on data and fear, and resources are better spent on quality food, exercise, and dietitian guidance.
Where Does Body Fat Actually Go When You Lose It? Plus the Best Dietitian Tricks to Avoid Winter Weight Gain
Q: Do I need to avoid oxalates in food if I've got an issue with my iron absorption?
Oxalates can impact mineral absorption, but for most people they are not a major concern for iron; pairing iron-rich foods with vitamin C sources and cooking greens can reduce any potential impact, and those with a history of kidney stones should moderate oxalate intake under medical guidance.

Q: Am I being too strict with my kids' food choices, and could that lead to an eating disorder?
The hosts acknowledge that parenting styles vary and stress that boundaries can be part of healthy, balanced feeding; they emphasize context, normalizing treats at parties, and avoiding extreme restriction, while still guiding choices toward more nourishing options.
Menopause Brain Fog, Creatine & Why Your Weight Loss Isn’t Working
Q: Why am I seeing changes in my measurements, but not on the scale?
There could be changes in body composition with loss of body fat and gain of muscle mass, but if you are training hard without seeing scale changes, it may indicate that you are not in a proper calorie deficit.
