Coffee is half a meal? Mine’s about 60cal. Can’t wait to enjoy my 60cals worth of food and consider my meal complete. ‘Allowing’ a teaspoon of nut butter in a smoothie? Buffering your calorie intake with compensatory strategies? Just call it disordered eating practice and be done with it. Also, listen to your hunger signals, unless they’re within 3-4 hours of your last meal and then don’t listen because they’re wrong.
