I’m at the beginning of the road. Sometimes wondering if there will be light and can I enjoy my life to the full potential while raising my 3 kids with little help. But to hear the real life stories of people and knowing this happens to other people has been so helpful. And helps me put my story in perspective and try and get out of my emotional trauma.

I was feeling so frustrated with other narcissistic abuse podcasts because it felt like most episodes were about the traits or signs of narcissists.
