I really appreciate this podcast and enjoy the topics and the understanding I am slowly gaining. Thank you for solid, well-considered ideas and no fluff. It’s so grounding and helps reduce fear of narcissists and manipulators. I do also wish the audio could be recorded a bit louder. I turn it up to the maximum in my car and sometimes have trouble hearing.
Content is exceptional but the audio quality isn’t very good. It’s too quiet, especially compared to the ads. I have to listen to it with the volume all the way up and then turn it down when ads come on. It would be 5 stars from me if the audio was better!
When this man speaks i stop thinking; he has a way of keeping his calm and exuding information that is enjoyable to listen to, while doing anything to from sleeping to cooking. I advice you to have a listen and experience it for yourself. Always gives me a warm heart to see someone overcome an obstacle and help others along the way.
This man explains things so smoothly and logically that gets right to the core of the problem . This podcast help me get past a narcissistic abusive relationship that I kept thinking was my problem (the problem of the narcissist). Btw now I listen to his podcast to go to sleep as he’s so soothing. Not because it’s boring. It’s not.
Thank you for not producing a podcast repeating the same old rhetoric.
