  • Thank you

Thank you so much for your work. This is a life raft that finally helps me see I am not alone and am not crazy. It is a long long road to get one’s life together after years being under coercive control.

  • Wisdom

Tony has been beyond helpful through my 3 year journey of waking up. I tend to self blame and Tony has a way to talk me out of it and give myself some grace. I have learned about my family’s unhealthy coping mechanisms and grown from it, as well as my own. Thank you Tony, truly:)

  • So helpful for me

The concepts discussed on this Podcast have been so helpful to me. I always thought my experiences were unique and the thought that there are patterns behind all this and a lot of people experience very similar situations, feelings, etc. is so calming. Tony explains it so well and I love how he is very self-reflective, humble and kind. And I like his subtle humour too. I usually listen to an episode more than once and pick up different thoughts from it each time.

If you are looking for more happiness/peace, willing and open to change and new ways of handling life, this is a great place to start! He shows you where you could be doing better in the nicest way! I love free therapy!
