I’ve been listening to this podcast for a while and it’s been very healing to understand the mind of a person who has narcissistic personality disorder. I would love to make a request. Please record a podcast explaining how a narcissistic parent treats a child. I would like to send it to both of my teenage daughters to help them understand who their dad is deep down. I know you have some similar podcast, but I would love something a little bit more specific. Thank you so much, Lee!
Yes Lee! Please share with us more of your stories that you have experienced. I want to hear these stories from uour perspective. Thank you!
Lee saved my life. Thank God u found his YouTube channel.
I used to enjoy his podcast but made the mistake of following him on social media platforms for more content but soon learned that he is still a narcissist as he couldn’t help himself but to get involved in political topics that had no place here. His narcissism wouldn’t allow him to sit back.
Thank you for being so generous with your insights into dealing with narcissistic abuse. It has opened my eyes and given me the information I needed to stick to no contact. ✌️✌️

This show centers on narcissistic abuse, trauma bonds, and healing from toxic relationships, delivered through a first-person perspective by a diagnosed narcissist who openly discusses his own journey while inviting guests with mental-health experiences. Episodes blend candid personal storytelling with practical coaching tips, audience Q&As, and resources for safety, therapy, and recovery, often weaving in live-events and coaching offers. A notable angle is the host's willingness to share lived experience alongside clinical insight, plus frequent prompts to engage with workshops and in-person Q&As, which may appeal to listeners seeking actionable strategies and a survivor-focused lens.
