As someone with cptsd who’s a survivor of narcissistic abuse lees podcasts is literally helping so many people in pain understand why there awful experiences happened and how to avoid being in those circumstances. Watching these podcasts killed a strong limerence I had for a narc who targeted, used and abused me when I was extremely vulnerable and already suffering. My healing journey is starting to make a steady ascend.

I am on my journey to healing from a turbulent 13 year relationship with a narcissist and your podcasts have given me the realization that I’m not crazy and have been verbally/emotionally abused through these years. I love hearing this perspective as it is more helpful to me than other podcasts that are narrated by victims but I find this podcast stressful to listen to. But for the sole reason that the host sounds passionate about getting his point accross, the irony in the selflessness of the gesture makes me giggle.
