  • The latest episode with EMDR casts doubt on the entire podcast.

The hosts know very well about the history of EMDR. As a skeptic this is a warning sign I cannot ignore. My last time listening. Good luck.

  • Breakups

The episode on breakups clicked with me as I’m sure it did with a lot of people. I had heard a lot of the lingo about attachment style through PTSD therapy but had never put two and two together. • Love these two hosts

I really love the two hosts. I personally prefer listening to them rather than the special guests. But I’m happy with anything they offer and hope they come back for a new year.

  • Let the guests speak

I like the concept of the podcast and I will keep listening, but sometimes it seems like the hosts don’t prep their guests. Moreover the hosts already have scripted ideas of how they would respond to their own questions. So when a guest responds to their question, they can come back and give an even more refined response to their own question that tops the guest. Why have someone on if you’re not going to give them the lead in sharing ideas? Try to have an actual conversation.I suggest giving gu... more
