I liked the podcast but find it interesting how being ageist is an accepted ‘ism’—especially by therapists. The boomer comments and older people references garnered groans and giggles which I personally find offensive. You would be the first to be sensitive to other attitudes related to race, gender or identity, but seem to have no issue with age.
Kristy and Felicia are both so knowledgeable and give such important discussion to questions we don’t normally get to. ❤️
I tried really hard to get through an episode but all of the speakers have that strong California affectation. I actually thought it was satire at first because it’s so extreme, they sound exactly like that satirical video where the man calls out the coffee barista on her voice. Bummer because I’d love the info but listening is sooo painful!
don’t listen to this podcast. I made it <8 minutes. Ear torture.
Would love to hear professional opinions on screen addiction and the effects on the body/ mind on social media detox.
