I never miss an episode—WHAT a balm of humor, searing intelligence, and sanity—and now my 12-yo son is hooked. He’s catching up on episodes and not just those w the (wonderful) likes of Andy Samburg. Just found him deep in the Sarah McLaghlan interview. Amy P is magic.
Thank you for having diversity and representation. It matters. Another good pod by an actress has only 4 poc since starting their pod 3 years ago. I am not a poc but prefer hearing from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
The sponsored ads are unbearable. Walmart needs advertising? Amazon? Really? Are you guys that hard up you can’t be mindful about the sponsors you choose? Are there not companies you believe in that aren’t gross? It’s gross. I just want to hear what Sarah Sherman has to say and then I feel sad about your sponsor ads. I hate it here.
Please write a children’s book with all of the amazing wisdom and love your mother gave you. I strive to do that with my own child and how you describe it is just magical. It has definitely given me more direction on how to show up and show love because I agree—if we show up and show love in everything we do, it will make a difference.
Love the pod. Only nitpick I have is when Amy "introduces" a guest but instead of the guest appearing, it goes to a commercial. How does she not know this?
