  • Thank you for gathering all our intentions!

The podcast on intentions and goals was so great! It was wonderful to hear Jacob’s goals and intentions, along with the communities. It makes me realize (again) we are all struggling and working on the same issues. All these podcasts are so fun to listen too because it’s like just sitting down to chat with a friend! Thank you!

  • Enlightening!

I don’t do recipes either BUT I do listen to podcasts and this one is really hitting home! Jacob is good with words and extracting conversation from his guest that cause you to take pause. I continually check myself....my self care, self love, my self parenting while I listen. If a podcast can help you keep checks and balances on your moral compass then that is a home run! This one also educates, inspires and helps you cultivating your authenticity...it’s like coffee with a an honest friend. Kee... more

  • I don’t do recipes but I LOVE this podcast!

I am a big fan of Jacob, not just because he’s a good coach, but because he’s great person and one of my favorite people to follow. He is genuine and relatable in his approach to food and wellness. Couple that with this podcast and you get solid advice, funny anecdotes, and learn something new. I was also excited to hear the interview with Alexis Rivera (aka Paleo Rookie) who is another favorite of mine and a perfect choice for this podcast. Keep them coming!

  • Love, love, love!

So excited to hear Jacob’s voice in my podcast app again! As a Whole30 coach who is the self-proclaimed world’s worst cook, I love that he’s choosing to highlight other areas in the health and wellness field than just recipe developing. Jacob is one of the most authentic people and I CANNOT wait to see what he has in store for us!
