I love the simplicity and directness of this podcast. Liz is an amazing interviewer and speaker. She is inspirational and knows what is important. I loved the podcasts about thyroid health, cheating in marriage, and what habits do rich people have. I have started reading consistently because of your talk in one of the episodes.

Hands down my favorite podcast. Liz’s work feels like an empowering conversation with your best friend while sticking to facts and expert perspectives. From insightful questions to deep research, as a journalist I can say she absolutely is fantastic at what she does.
The LMP consistently delivers factual science backed interviews related to thriving in today’s day in age! I always learn something and I love the guests
I started listening a couple years ago, and this has become one of my go to podcasts for health and wellness. Liz interviews experts in their field, fact checks their claims, and challenges the claims she thinks are overly nebulous or simplistic or may have common caveats for her listener. She’s a great interviewer and always provides practical tips.
