I enjoy all of these episodes, but LOVED the 90s episode!
Liz has successfully continued to elevate wellness and health through experts and real science. Does not feel MAHA or fear based at all. From a Registered dietitian- Thanks Liz!! I’m loving the rate this episodes , keep them coming!
Great show but so difficult to listen to and follow. You say “like” so much it’s difficult to follow and understand.
I initially started listening because I was interested in some of the content, but the ad content is just too much for me. The ads are long, and if you are a regular listener they are also super repetitive. It gives greedy - you don’t need 15 minutes of ads in your podcast.
Love this podcast! If I’m interested in a topic, Liz Moody is one of the must listen sources for facts and action steps!
