I’ve listened to Liz’s podcast since she first created it. There is no better health, wellness, and overall life podcast out there. She is such a fantastic interviewer, holds space for nuance and balance, and it always somehow feels like I’m just gabbing with a friend. Thank you Liz!
Love the show. The experts and actionable tips are manageable and not overwhelming. I appreciate Liz’s vulnerability and that she shares her strengths and weaknesses. It’s so important for a wellness podcast to be relatable (imo) and Liz is absolutely relatable. You are crushing it Liz, keep up the good work!
I just listened to the October 13th podcast called - I have been having a hard time lately. I just wanted to say that it resonated deeply with me and I appreciate your honesty and vulnerability. You make a difference! Thank you!
