  • Look forward to it every Monday and Wednesday

I love the simplicity and directness of this podcast. Liz is an amazing interviewer and speaker. She is inspirational and knows what is important. I loved the podcasts about thyroid health, cheating in marriage, and what habits do rich people have. I have started reading consistently because of your talk in one of the episodes.

  • Be wary of guests’ credibility

I overall really enjoy Liz’s podcast! However, I recommend checking if the guests she brings on the podcast are credible and are providing evidence-based support. For her most recent episode, she brought in a pharmacist Dr. Izabella Wentz who is a proclaimed expert on thyroid disease. However, she is a PharmD, not an MD or DO. Pharmacists are wonderful when it comes to discussion medications, formulations, interactions, side effects, etc. However, it is more appropriate for physicians rather th... more

  • Amazing, practical, resourceful

I started listening a couple years ago, and this has become one of my go to podcasts for health and wellness. Liz interviews experts in their field, fact checks their claims, and challenges the claims she thinks are overly nebulous or simplistic or may have common caveats for her listener. She’s a great interviewer and always provides practical tips.
