First off, I really loved this episode!! So much valuable information. My question is…..he talks about toxic masculinity and he talks about acceptance of all and Kelly agrees with it, yet she was a huge supporter of Charlie Kirk. How is that possible? Don’t pretend you agree with Billy when you support someone who was homophobic and misogynistic. It just doesn’t line up. I so badly want to keep listening to Kelly, but her support for MAHA and Charlie Kirk has my questioning all of her content.

  • Extremely disappointed

I listened to Kelly on Max Lugavere’s podcast and was shocked by her support for RFK Jr. As someone who’s followed her work for years, it’s incredibly disappointing to see her align with someone who spreads dangerous misinformation about vaccines and public health. Wellness should be grounded in science, not conspiracy. I can no longer support her platform.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

378: Stop Hustling for Worth, Heal People-Pleasing, + Feel Enough | Maggie Nick
Q: What inspired your approach to helping 'good kids' heal and become autonomous, compassionate adults?
My own journey as a 'good kid' who internalized perfectionism and the realization that shame shapes identity led me to develop a framework that centers curiosity, boundary-setting, repair, and honoring a child's internal needs.
379: Picky Eaters, Family Dinners, + Stress-Free Meal Systems | Rachel Mansfield
Q: How did you start the Kadout snack idea and bring it to market?
I saw a clear need for a salty, crunchy, kid-friendly, shelf-stable snack with real ingredients and no seeds, and I assembled a team to develop it over several years, prioritizing organic, gluten-free, and nut-free pillars, then pursued a thoughtful D2C launch with eventual national retail support.
375: The Truth About Perimenopause: Fatigue, Mood, + Metabolism | Dr. Amy Shah
Q: What is the core message about perimenopause that you want listeners to take away?
That this phase is a distinct, manageably long period, not a cliff, and with the right dietary and lifestyle frameworks—protein and fiber targets, probiotic foods, circadian practices, and strength training—you can actually thrive and feel better than before.
373: Preventing Alzheimer’s: Muscle, Sleep, + Metabolic Health | Louisa Nicola
Q: What lifestyle interventions can really support us to protect our brains?
Exercise is the number one preventative tool for Alzheimer's, particularly resistance training, which can help build muscle mass and support cognitive function through the release of beneficial molecules into the bloodstream.
371: Perimenopause Explained: Sleep, Stress, + Hormone Shifts | Dr. Mariza Snyder
Q: What can women do to ease the transition during perimenopause?
Women should focus on optimizing their cellular energy through lifestyle changes such as regulating blood sugar, improving sleep, and considering hormone replacement therapy as guided by their healthcare provider.
