I love listening to Kelly’s experience and expertise. It’s like sitting down with a girlfriend who knows how to pursue health (science backed) and gets the inside scoop from other experts. She’s relatable and heartfelt. Definitely an uplifting and up-leveling listen.
I used to listen all of the time but I can’t anymore because every other word Kelly says is “like.” I used to enjoy the content and appreciate the value of it but the “like” every other word is way too distracting now. Only commenting to hopefully bring some awareness to it. 🤷🏼♀️
I really appreciate the variety of topics that you cover, listening to each episode really keeps health on my mind and allows me to learn more and the steps to take to improve my health. Including how to talk to my doctor and what I should be asking for and why. All around great podcast. Thank you
Ads are so frequent, long, and frankly exhausting. Makes me not wanna listen
First off, I really loved this episode!! So much valuable information. My question is…..he talks about toxic masculinity and he talks about acceptance of all and Kelly agrees with it, yet she was a huge supporter of Charlie Kirk. How is that possible? Don’t pretend you agree with Billy when you support someone who was homophobic and misogynistic. It just doesn’t line up. I so badly want to keep listening to Kelly, but her support for MAHA and Charlie Kirk has my questioning all of her content.
