  • Cut to the chase

Newer to the podcast, I am liking the subject matter so far, howeve, as a busy mom… Can we please get to the meat and potatoes a little bit faster? The fact that I had to skip through 10 1/2 minutes of ads and blah blah blah before getting to the relevant content is a little much.

  • Mammograms

Outstanding and necessary episode on why women should avoid screening mammograms. Wish this info was more conventional. Sadly it’ll take at least a decade. More of this!

  • Good information but sometimes hard to listen to

I mean this in a nice way don’t get me wrong, but these episodes can almost make me cringe the amount of times Dr Elena interrupts and cuts off the person she’s interviewing :/ it definitely sounds purposely too. The information being provided is helpful but it would make it easier to listen to if she didn’t do this every 5 minutes.

  • Helped normalize that seemingly not so normal stages of motherhood

I came across Elena and Steph’s podcast and IG account back in 2017 when I was pregnant with my first and searching for a more holistic mindset around all things pregnancy and parenting. What a gem I discovered with these women, and all the people, information and products I’ve come to learn about since then! The greatest gift of all was helping me to learn and hear about things in pregnancy and motherhood through their experiences that I wasn’t hearing being talked about else where but knew in ... more
