It’s almost unbelievable to think I am starting this podcast considering my incessant compulsions would normally try to talk me out of it. But here I am, continuing to fight my invisible bullies one da... more

I love how each episode explores various types of therapy and healing in the mental health space. There is something for everyone here!
A beautiful, honest podcast from an intelligent woman on a challenging journey. An excellent interviewer, she puts considered questions to her guests; who are knowledgeable and offer constructive advice.
Some good episodes, but Dr Shefali has some outdated and sexist beliefs. Spoke with such authority without any basis in science or any robust reasoning behind some of her conservative views
Love this podcast, especially the solo episodes!
I’m sorry but what an out of touch entitled recovery story! So many things left out and not asked- starting with how does an addict with no qualifications gets to work as a ‘runner’ for the film industry, travelling the world and even being sought-after; how come her family was oblivious to the fact she’d apparently been an addict for years before she asked daddy to pay for this super exclusive rehab in the US. Oh and of course last but not least, the NA meetings in Chelsey ;))
