Oh I really wanted to like this podcast, but sadly not for me. I’m sorry but I do care about ethics and the total disregard for it was really sad to listen to.

  • Some what concerned about the “factual information “

Think you need to be careful who you present. There are a lot of non facts which could be misleading to those who don’t know differently. “I think “ is very different from “this is a fact” !

  • Great podcast but

Can Claire please stop saying about 10 times an episode how she’s editor in chief and women’s health… we know! Gemma is great and very relatable and you discuss good topics especially when you had the PT on and Emily English x

How to Age Better: Dr Tamsin Lewis on Stress, HRT, Supplements and the Longevity Myths to Ignore

Vitamin D, vitamin C, omega-3s, magnesium (glycinate preferred), and B vitamins are commonly useful, especially if there is deficiency or lifestyle factors; dosing should be individualized.
How to Age Better: Dr Tamsin Lewis on Stress, HRT, Supplements and the Longevity Myths to Ignore
Q: Are GLP-1s a cure-all for longevity?
GLP-1s can help with certain conditions and may reduce cravings, but they can also have downsides like muscle and bone loss if not managed with a corresponding exercise and nutrition plan, so they're not a universal solution.
How to Age Better: Dr Tamsin Lewis on Stress, HRT, Supplements and the Longevity Myths to Ignore

Q: What inspired you to write about your experiences in Bimbo?
Ashley explains the book as a journey to finding her voice and challenging double standards, with a goal to help other women and girls unlearn shame and shrinkage.
